I'd like to thank the crew of the Servant, Capt Trent and Deckhand Neil. Myself and a cousin fished on the Servant this past Saturday, May 29 and we're extremely pleased with the professionalism, enthusiasm, and most of all, the safety-mindedness of the crew. Capt Trent and Neil always kept safety and cleanliness of the passengers in the forefront of their operations, yet kept the atmosphere pleasant and exciting on the boat - a rare combination. Needless to say, our fishing experience was a complete success and except for those that experienced seasickness, all passengers had a great time and all caught halibut.
I live on the east coast and will be making recommendations to my network of friends and relatives to call the Fish House and ask for Trent and Neil to take them fishing. Additionally, I never saw a harder working deckhand as Neil. During the three-hour boat ride back to the dock, the guy never took a break the entire time. He filleted all the fish and thoroughly scrubbed and cleaned the Servant from bow to stern non-stop.

I wanted to let you know what an amazing time my husband Tim and I had on our fishing excursion with Trent and Jimmy on Servant. The day was beautiful, the water was perfect and we both caught our limit plus one yellow eye! Both Jimmy and Trent worked very hard to make sure everyone had a great time and took home some catch. This was our first time deep sea fishing and now we're "hooked"! I have attached a few pics for you to see what a great time we had. Hi - We went out with "Craig" on Friday (6-5-09) for halibut and rockfish, and I wanted to send a couple of photos his way....... There were 6 of us (The French / Herczeg Party). We had an awesome trip and couldn't have asked for a better guide / captain! Craig definitely knows his stuff and we just wanted him to know how much we appreciate all his hard work. It has been my experience that when things go wrong or do not meet expectations that people are very quick to complain. Our trip was absolutely GREAT! The BEST! Not only did we catch some great fish, Craig and especially Chimo, went way beyond being just guides.. They were not only great fisherman and guides, they were great guys. They made our day. Everything combined, your great service, a super store, fantastic guys like Craig and Chimo to spend the day catching our limit with, ( one halibut nearly 100 lbs ) made my first fishing trip and visit to Alaska a great one. I will plan on chartering Chimo's boat again next June. Thank you ! You run a first class operation !
